Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 10, 2024, and October 30, 2024, respectively. The appeals were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2025. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all contempt proceedings in the above-entitled proceedings, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition or thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2025, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
