Appeal from a corrected order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2024, which was dismissed in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 21, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reargue the Court's own motion which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 21, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
