[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated February 19, 2026. Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, for free transcripts and, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for free transcripts and, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record and the motion, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals have already been consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record is denied, with leave to renew, on or before June 22, 2026, upon proper papers, and upon a showing of good cause for the waiver of certification, which shall include setting forth an inability to certify by any of the methods set forth in 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
