[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 5, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order is granted, so much of the order as granted the respondent final decision-making authority on issues regarding the subject child's education is stayed, and the respondent shall not enroll the subject child or otherwise finalize the subject child's enrollment in school absent the appellant's consent, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
