Appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 2024, December 18, 2024, February 21, 2025, March 5, 2025, and May 14, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant Pema Realty Corp. to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
