[*1]Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated February 28, 2025 and from a final judgment of that court entered March 5, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that so much of the appeal as is from the decision is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a decision (see CCA 1702); and it is further;
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before June 15, 2026; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by June 15, 2026, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may, if appellant is unrepresented, serve such motion upon appellant in person.
