[*1]Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated September 21, 2023, to punish the Civil Court for contempt for violating an order of this court dated November 12, 2025 and to direct compliance therewith, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed, as appellant is not aggrieved by the order appealed from, which determined a motion made by a John Doe (see CPLR 5511; Edgar S. v Roman, 115 AD3d 931 [2014]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot.
