[*1]Motion by appellant (1) to vacate a decision and order of this court dated December 23, 2025, which denied appellant's motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 3, 2022, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated November 7, 2025, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order on the appeal; or, in the alternative, (2) for leave to reargue appellant's prior motion; or, in the alternative (3) for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's December 23, 2025 decision and order on motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
