[*1]Motions by appellant to, in effect, vacate orders of this court dated March 27, 2025, which dismissed appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated August 23, 2023 (appeal No. 2025-394 Q C) and June 7, 2024 (appeal No. 2025-399 Q C), respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the orders dated March 27, 2025 are vacated, and the appeals shall be perfected on or before July 6, 2026; and it is further,
ORDERED the notices of appeal are deemed timely filed (see CPLR 5520 [a]); and it is further; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant may perfect the appeals with a single brief bearing both docket numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both appeals at the same time; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event either or both appeals are not perfected by July 6, 2026, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss appeals, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss such appeals, and may, if appellant is unrepresented, serve such motions upon appellant in person.
