Appellant having moved for a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, dated January 12, 2026, February 3, 2026, February 13, 2026, and March 4, 2026, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek permission to proceed with a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses are granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Clerk provide appellant with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that appellant shall pay costs and fees and any sum expended by County of Onondaga in providing the aforesaid stenographic copy out of any recovery by judgment or settlement, and

It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek other relief is denied.
