[*1]Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered February 6, 2025, and February 7, 2025, an appellant having moved for an order consolidating the appeals, extending the time to perfect the appeals, and staying the lower court proceedings,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is extended to June 2, 2026, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a stay of proceedings pending in Family Court is denied.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted to appellant's present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
