Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the applications, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon consent (see Matter of Holiday v Holiday, 214 AD3d 1456, 1457 [4th Dept 2023]), and
It is further ORDERED that the applications are dismissed.
Memorandum: Appellant's remedy is to move in Family Court to vacate the orders.
