Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 16, 2025.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 18, 2026, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in support of the first motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the second motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in support of the motions, and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
