ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 4, 2026, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 9, 2025, and October 14, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
