Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2022, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 17, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
