Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 11, 2025. By order of this Court dated March 16, 2026, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until April 15, 2026. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
