Appeal from an oral decision of the Family Court, Richmond County, rendered January 18, 2024, which was dismissed in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 23, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to reargue the Court's own motion which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 23, 2024, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 23, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
