Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 19, 2020, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 17, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to renew and reargue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, in effect, for leave to renew and reargue the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, in effect, for leave to renew and reargue the appeal is denied.
