Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all dated June 28, 2019, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 22, 2021. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a motion for leave to reargue the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time serve and file a motion for leave to reargue the appeal is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
