DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 10, 2026. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal to this Court from the order is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the order is denied as academic, and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is enjoined from filing any further motions or applications in this Court concerning any matters arising from the action entitled Lubrano v Lubrano, commenced in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index No. 550642/2020, or any actions or proceedings related thereto, and from commencing any original proceedings in this Court regarding or relating to that action without prior leave of this Court.
