[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a purported disposition of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 30, 2025. By order to show cause dated April 6, 2026, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the purported disposition dated January 30, 2025, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the purported disposition dated January 30, 2025, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
