Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 13, 2020. Motion by the respondent pursuant to CPLR 1021 to dismiss the appeal for failure to substitute a personal representative for the deceased appellant Alla Grinshpon upon her death on December 22, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to serve the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
