Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 12, 2022. Application by George Leonidou, as administrator of the estate of Michael Leonidou, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Michael Leonidou and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, George Leonidou, as administrator of the estate of Michael Leonidou, is substituted for the deceased appellant Michael Leonidou and the caption is amended accordingly.
