Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 9, 2025. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2025, the appeal was dismissed on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved. Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, in effect, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the dismissal of the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
