Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 11, 2024, and March 30, 2026, respectively. The appeal from the order dated June 11, 2024, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated August 5, 2024, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated June 11, 2024. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, for summary reversal of the order dated March 30, 2026.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for summary reversal of the order dated March 30, 2026, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the judgment dated August 5, 2024, is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for summary reversal of the order dated March 30, 2026, is denied.
