Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 9, 2024, and August 23, 2024, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated September 29, 2025. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and on or before July 8, 2026, the parties shall file digital replacement copies of the briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-13082 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2024-09906 and 2025-09907 on the covers, via NYSCEF, and the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record which contains the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment and Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-13082 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2024-09906 and 2025-09907 on the cover.
