Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 31, 2025, and appeal from an order of the same court dated August 14, 2025. Motion by World Wide Specialty Programs, Inc., to strike stated portions of the reply brief filed by Expert Technology Solutions, Inc., and Pro Group Enterprises, Inc., under Appellate Docket No. 2025-04790. Motion by Maguire Insurance Agency, in effect, to consolidate the appeals or, in the alternative, to calendar and hear the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to strike stated portions of the reply brief filed by Expert Technology Solutions, Inc., and Pro Group Enterprises, Inc., under Appellate Docket No. 2025-04790, and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to consolidate the appeals or, in the alternative, for the appeals to be calendared and heard together and no papers having been filed opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Maguire Insurance Agency which is to calendar and hear the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
