Appeals from a judgment and counter-judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated March 14, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to substitute an estate representative for the purportedly deceased respondents Saveria Lacertosa and Carmella Lacertosa.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon proper papers, including proof of death of the purportedly deceased respondents Saveria Lacertosa and Carmella Lacertosa, and proof of the appointment of representatives for the estates of the purportedly deceased respondents Saveria Lacertosa and Carmella Lacertosa.
