Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 22, 2022. Motion by the respondents to substitute Jesse Hancock, as temporary administrator of the estate of Krishna Ghosh, for the deceased appellant Krishna Ghosh, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Krishna Ghosh.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon proper papers, including proof of the appointment of a permanent representative for the estate of the deceased appellant Krishna Ghosh.
