[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Frank G. D'Angelo, Jr., for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. D'Angelo was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 9, 1986. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 29, 2017, D'Angelo was disbarred, effective immediately (see Matter of D'Angelo, 158 AD3d 107).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Frank G. D'Angelo, Jr., does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
