[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to reargue a disciplinary proceeding against him, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated December 18, 2024, and upon reargument, to modify so much of the opinion and order as suspended the respondent from the practice of law for a period of two years so as to impose the sanction of public censure. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 17, 2003. By opinion and order dated December 18, 2024, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, effective January 17, 2025 (see Matter of LaRocca, 234 AD3d 76).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
