[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Jonathan N., inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 26, 2026, and March 5, 2026, respectively, and, in effect, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders is denied as unnecessary as the orders are appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to renew after filing a timely notice of appeal (see Family Ct Act § 1113; CPLR 5514).
