[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Kenneth F. Nwele for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Nwele was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on September 18, 2000. By opinion and order of this Court dated July 31, 2024, Nwele was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, commencing August 30, 2024 (see Matter of Nwele, 231 AD3d 119).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto,
it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Kenneth F. Nwele, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
