[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Daniel Weiser for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Weiser was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 10, 1999. By decision and order dated March 30, 2015, the Court suspended Weiser from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law § § 90(2) and 468-a.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon compliance with attorney registration requirements, including compliance with 22 NYCRR 118.1, Judiciary Law § 468-a, and payment of delinquent and current attorney registration fees.
