[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Christopher Allen Wimmer for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Wimmer was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 26, 2006. By decision and order dated September 24, 2018, Wimmer's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Christopher Allen Wimmer is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Christopher Allen Wimmer to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
