Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 9, 2004, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 31, 2011. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order of this Court dated May 31, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 21, 2026.
