Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 17, 2023, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2024, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 17, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are, in effect, to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2024, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 17, 2023, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
