Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 6, 2024. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2026, the appellants were directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment. The appellants have failed to file the supplemental record.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2026, by serving and filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before July 10, 2026; if the appellant be so advised, the appellants may make a motion, via NYSCEF, on or before July 10, 2026, for any relief deemed appropriate; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
