[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 21, 2024. Motion by the appellants Michael Strober, David Strober, and Lauren Strober, as administrators of the estate of Ross Strober, inter alia, in effect, to substitute Michael Strober, David Strober, and Lauren Strober, as administrators of the estate of Ross Strober, for the deceased appellant Ross Strober, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Ross Strober.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to substitute Michael Strober, David Strober, and Lauren Strober, as administrators of the estate of Ross Strober, and to amend the caption accordingly, are granted, Michael Strober, David Strober, and Lauren Strober, as administrators of the estate of Ross Strober, are substituted for the deceased appellant Ross Strober, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including documentation identifying the successor administrator of the Estate of Marlene Strober.
