By order to show cause dated April 24, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2025.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
