Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 23, 2026, and January 21, 2026, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 10, 2026, the motion by this Court to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
