DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated December 20, 2024. By order to show cause dated December 22, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why and order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by Adam T. for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated October 3, 2025, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]). Motion by River T. to withdraw their appeal. Motion by Shadow T. to withdraw their appeal.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal by Adam T. is granted, and the appeal by Adam T. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated October 3, 2025, issued pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions by River T. and Shadow T. are granted, and the appeals by River T. and Shadow T. are deemed withdrawn.
