Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 21, 2024, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated April 14, 2025. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is denied without prejudice to filing a letter application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.15(g) after the appeals have been calendared; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is granted and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously.
