Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 22, 2022. By order to show cause dated April 10, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 27, 2023.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
