Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 19, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 10, 2012. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order of this Court dated October 10, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated August 20, 2025.
