Appeals from a decision and order (one paper) of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 13, 2026, and an order of the same court dated March 13, 2026.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision and order is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3, and article 8 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
