Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 5, 2025.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 3, 2026, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting the second paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the words "Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is."
