[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 19, 2026, February 20, 2026, April 20, 2026, and May 19, 2026, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order issued ex parte (see CPLR 5701, 5704); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated February 20, 2026, and April 20, 2026, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that they have been rendered academic as the orders have expired by their own terms.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
