DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated January 30, 2026. By order to show cause dated April 20, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered relieving assigned counsel for the appellant and withdrawing the appeal.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
