Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 10, 2025.
Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the decision and order has been superseded by an order of the same court dated April 24, 2025. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the attorney for the children to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513); and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are denied as academic.
